I started spinning on Friday, December 7th, 2007. At the time I weighed 219 lbs. and my blood pressure was almost 150/90. As of today, about a year later, I weigh 195 lbs. and my blood pressure is 110/72. During the last year I continued lifting weights 3-5 times per week and kept the same diet (sometimes lean and good and sometimes really, really bad), so the only real difference was spinning and trainer Paul's Plan. Thanks to you, your challenging work outs and your encouragement to keep coming back, I have lost almost 25 lbs. and have significantly improved my BP and cardiovascular health.

After a knee injury sidelined me a few years ago, I started spinning classes again in October 2009.  I love classes with Paul -- his enthusiasm is contagious and his training skills are great.  He enjoys working hard and obviously loves helping people reach their potential.  I've lost weight and am physically stronger then I've been in years.  I highly recommend working with Paul, whatever your goals.

If your child is involved in any physical sports activity,
Gold's Gym and their Trainers have developed a program that I highly recommend. The program is called "Play it SAFE" and the techniques are designed to enhance Speed, Agility, Flexibility and Energy. As a volunteer football coach for the Boys and Girls Club football program for 5th graders, I witnessed physical development, confidence and self respect in the gym and on the field. This program was designed by Paul Schroer, Personal Trainer and Gold's Gym Manager, Greg Hall. Paul worked in small groups to teach techniques that gave the kids an opportunity to push their physical boundaries without the use of weights or machines. As the parent of one of the 10 kids who participated in the pilot program, I would highly recommend it for any youth sport activity. It will enhance their experience with Speed, Agility, Flexibility and Energy.
